Established in 1998, Body in Motion was the very first fully equipped Pilates Studio in Santa Cruz County. We offer Drop-in Mat Classes 7 days a week, Group Apparatus Classes as well as Private Sessions on all of the equipment designed by Joseph Pilates. We are also an official host of Body Arts and Science International Pilates Teacher Certification Courses (BASI).
