The Xtend Barre Workout is a fast-paced, 55-minute full body immersion that fuses dance, Pilates and sculpting exercises at the ballet barre to give you a chiseled body—and fast!

The Xtend Barre method creates longer, leaner dancer-like bodies by incorporating strength, flexibility and endurance into one complete workout—something most workouts neglect.

Xtend was created by professional dancer and choreographer Andrea Rogers who added her dance background to the art of Pilates.

If you have limited time, Xtend Barre will take care of your upper body, abs, legs and butt in under an hour. If you go 3-4 times a week, it’s the only workout you really need.
