Take your Pilates workout to new heights with our Group Reformer Classes.
Pre-registration is required for these great classes. Participation is limited to four students per class, making for a very personalized group workout. Pilates Reformers with a combination Tower unit are used to strengthen, align, stretch and tone your entire body. These classes are invigorating and fun. Classes will be modified and varied to suit each student’s needs. Classes are one hour in length.
*A minimum of two privates sessions is required for participation in Group Reformer classes.

Equipment Class Level Descriptions
Classes are choreographed full body workouts on the Pilates Reformer and Tower designed to both lengthen and strengthen the body with power, precision and flow.
Springboard classes take you through a full-body conditioning program on wall-mounted, spring based equipment that is user-friendly and very versatile. The perfect compliment to our other class formats. Limited to 6 participants. Pre-registration is required.
**These classes are best suited for (injury free) intermediate level students who have a solid grasp of the principles of Pilates. Not included in Unlimited Package.
